Job Description: Fire & Security Service Field Engineer

Due to our continued growth and success we are looking for an experienced and motivated Field Engineer with an established record within the Fire & Security sector, Maintaining Fire & Security systems as well as carrying out Small Works Installations when required..

Main duties to include but not limited to:

Service and Small Works Installations of Fire & Security systems at clients commercial sites around the UK in line with SSAIB/BAFE requirements.

• Offering technical advice and support.
• Ensuring all work aspects carried out to a professional high standard.
• Being well presented, have good communication skills and the ability to apply yourself to different situations.
• Promote good internal working relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Participate in a 24/7 on call rota and to work overtime as required

Ideal Skills and attributes required:

• Minimum 3 year’s experience of installation, service and commissioning of a wide range of Fire Alarms,Security systems. IP/Analogue CCTV, Intruder Alarms, Access Control and networks.
• Working closely with fellow employees and management.
• Demonstrate an enthusiastic, confident and determined approach.
• Full UK driving license
• Willingness to travel
• Must be computer literate with a good knowledge of IP based systems.
